help for a 25k~ish mini itx gaming build

layo na cguro nang 4670k para nako boss.. hehe.. murag i5 4430 nlng cguro ko for the quad core.. pero lage.. 600php raman pod iya difference sa price sa 4570.. i wonder if sulit ba ang 600 for the performance differences..

Im assuming a 3.4ghz ivy would be slightly faster than a 3.2ghz Haswell. Get the answer to your question from that.

^mao lage master.. puslan man nga dili gihapon ko ka oc ani nga mobo.. mag ivy nlng kaha sa ko ron for the mean time then if mag upgrade nako adto nako sa newer architecture since mag upgrade man gyud ko cpu+mobo.. ill also try overclocking napod at that time..

^ bro, kun ako lang pa pili-on, since you'll DIY a new rig, get the i5-4570... why, so that you will have an upgrade path when the Haswell refresh comes next year. but, if you will not upgrade to either Haswell (current or refresh) or maybe Broadwell on the coming 3 yrs (mid term)... ok ra nang i5-3570... anyway, mag upgrade tang tanan when Skylake comes along... this is a very different animal... hehehe... whapak napud ang bulsa nato ani... including the mem modules and the GPU... hhhaaayyyysss...

any ivy or haswell build will do. go i3 for budget, i5 if more on appz,rendering,encoding etc stuffs. with regards to Mhz faster and if its worth it, every Mhz is worth it.

Akong gipili sa akong new build was Ivy Bridge instead of Haswell
Gigabyte Z87N wifi vs Gigabyte Z77N wifi:
Z77n has LAN Teaming (mao jud ni pinaka big-decider nako, Originally was aiming for an ASRock board pero pag basa nako naa diay teaming ang Z77n... teneneng dayon!
Z77n-wifi cheaper by 1K

i5 4670K vs i5 3570K:
i5 3570K stable at 4.4ghz no voltage increase. (Faster than 4670K @ 4.1ghz, which is the max kuno sa Z87N-Wifi without voltage increase... Wala gihapon voltage control ang Z87n-wifi)
i5 3570K cheaper by 1-1.5k
