Welcome. Ako man gud aunt sauna bata pa ko naay negosyo nga hollow blocks, mo tabang man gani ko usahay just to kill time, so I have some idea about it. Nag hire man gani ko akong aunt para maayo ang pag ha himo sa blocks. Hollow block making has roughly the same principle as bread making, kinahanglan jud ka ug experienced worker or else patay imong bread business.

yup mao gyud. actually i was about to set bread making as an example pag explain nako sa 2nd post since same concept, timpla gyapon magdaog. Medyo daghan man gud ato consumption sir thats why we decided to start making our own nalang hopefully soon para to save cost and start something new pud. Uban CHB man gud in the market now is very much commercialized and weak kaayo. kung kato pud taas og psi, mahal pud kaayo. But its expected since its a business.

Actually taod-taod nako naka kita ana mga links but those are more like basic instructions and steps, im more interested sa kana mga secret methods and computations based on people who have knowledge on that area. Like there's sand, gravel and cement mix on it. But do you know what type of sand? what size? and what ratio? naa gani uban mu gamit mura og pita. then there's even molasses to be mixed para mu lig-on ang CHB. there are so many ways how to manipulate the ingredients and ratio to come up with the cost efficient block, not only sa pagdilute sa cement with the chokers and pebbles . I know the best way is to instruct my workers to experiment on it but ako lang is na"MASI" lang ko nga nay tinuod kahibaw diri sa computation unya maka tabang just to save my time.
Im not posting this just to sound humorous and basically not finding ways. so pls katong mga way alam, stay out nalang and stop posting senseless comment kay sayon ra kaayo pag ingon unsaon paghimo og hollow block but dira man gud na magdaog sa timpla. i hope i made my question clear, ako lang gi basic ako initial post so as not to sound so technical.

BASE SA AKONG EXPERIENCE FROM ABROAD UG DIRI SA PINAS.
Profitable companies have vision they maintain their competitive edge by using new technologies that are always a step ahead of their time. There is constant pressure to save time and money at every stage of the process, from planning and commissioning through to operation.

SA PAGBUHAT UG HOLLOW BLOCKS DALI LANG, DAPAT NAA KAY MIX DESIGN IMO, DEPENDE POD NA SA INYONG MATERIALS NGA AVAILABLE SA INYO NGA LUGAR, MAKUHA NA THROUGH TRIAL & ERROR UG DAPAT CONSISTENT PIRMI PARA PAREHO TANAN ANG QUALITY UG KAGAHI SA MAONG HOLLOW BLOCKS. SA PANAHON KARON KINAHANGLAN NGA MOGAMIT KA NA UG BAG O TECHNOLOHIYA KALIMTI NA ANG CONVENTIONAL WAY OF PROCESS PARA COMPETITIVE IMO PRODUCTS. DILI DAPAT NIMO IBULAD UG AYAW PASAGDI NGA MAHANGINAN UG FRESH AIR, IT SOUNDS FUNNY BUT IT'S TRUE. FOR GOOD QUALITY AND MASS PRODUCTION USE GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS, NEW TECHNOLOGY AND ASK AN ADVICE FROM EXPERTS
