the truth is if you want to work abroad just a friendly advice especially in canada,europe,usa,australia,new zealand
you need to have a confident welding skill in performing a 6g carbon steel pipe in front of a prospective employer all those certificates will go to garbage if you cant, a 3g plate is insufficient.
2nd you need experience two or three years will give you the necessary training and confidence.3rd you need to have some money finding work directly from companies on said countries
are extremely difficult chances are you will go thru an agency who will assist you and finding a legitimate one is also difficult. you can go to middle east if your really on a budget.
so fyi and unbiase one if you think by just going to school will let you immedietly go to said countries is false.
even our schoolmates who have just gone to canada had rock solid years experience 2 to 3 years
in shipping yards and fabrication companies.They can weld a plate or pipe with confidence.
