nag away naman mo diri hehe. no need to argue, as long as we davaoenos are happy and content on how our beloved mayor runs our city, no amount of discussion will change that.

naanad nami anang CHR nga sige lang ug tirahon among mayor but in the end, all they have are "hearsay" and "urban legend" and davao will remain as peaceful and secure as it is. bahala na magsige na ug yawyaw ang CHR, may raba untag sa davao na sila tanan namuyo. dili raba

i advice the peace loving critics to come to davao and experience it personally. live here for atleast a month.

if you walk in a dark alleyway here, your only concern would be basig makatamak ka ug t@e sa iro

I'm from davao. Ever since naa nakoy buot duterte man gyud ang mayor didto, ug dili naman na ikatinga ng mga vigilantes didto.

naa btaw to panahon nga gi ilisan ni de guzman mga 2000, ni balik man ang mga drug addict hasta rugby boys, pero pagbalik napod ni digong, na linaw napod.

mao nga bahalag duterte, basta malinawon lang...ngano btaw gi tang2x nila ang death penalty.

    CHR said it was murder
Asa man ning mga law abiding groups when crime was taking place?
Di ba sakit kaau sa part nila nganu ang biktima from Luzon niadto pa Davao for help?
It appears like the victim lack trust on them
It took a "Davao" to rescue the victim and shut those kidnappers
Also I wonder why they are against shoot to kill?
    Those guys were well-armed
If those guys have any plans of surrendering they might have done so but they resist
Their resistance cost them 3 lives already and where are the others?
Are they even mourning their deaths?
    No conscience criminals
Digong was right - get out vertically or get out horizontally.

The time will come when advancements in technology would be able to deliver results faster and quicker than ever before. The reason why I am saying this is that it is now possible to finance any project or any idea with sources of capital from any point in the globe. The sweet part about it is that it is decentralized and therefore very difficult to detect.

With this potential we can crowdfund or crowdsource our own paramilitary group that operates outside of the government which will handle these criminals with swift action. We have a lousy communications infrastructure it would be difficult for the government to track it down and a good way to coordinate with these paramilitary groups that consist of sleeper cells would be to do it off the grid at the same time utilizing the speed of internet for other parts of the operation.
