Afaik, Cigarettes are still more dangerous than E-Cigarattes... I would ban both if possible but to single out e-cigarettes speaks of ulterior motives.

if you entirely ban cigarettes, the whole smoker population (which is a very large number) will come complaining. if you ban e-cigars (which is still an emerging vice)....

Unsa man ni expecting nila they buy e-cigarette then they instantly stop smoking or kani mo puli sa sigarilyo? LOL! it does not work that way. DOH should know better.
