If business, usually sa domestic kay PAL gyud. Pero if personal nga laag, CebuPac. I cannot really say nga worst experience but kinsa funny lang. MLA-CEB flight. Na delay ang flight but no announcement was made. Nangasaba. Ang empleyado, nihilak ra, ug with no reason nidagan.
Hehe. Ngita ta ug cheap nga plitihan, so cheap pud ang service. :P
I flew frequently using all national airlines. Bad experiences mostly with Cebu Pacific, flight got delayed for 9 HOURS!!! Landed in Davao ug kalit coz of zero visibility, grabe ang ulan. Paghuman namakpak ang mga taw safe landing in Cebu. PAL is best for all national airlines, seats are spacious, crew & pilot are better trained..
PAL and CebPac planes murag pareha raman ug spacing sa seats.
Anyway, CebPac ko mu palit ticket when personal na lakaw, but mga business kay ako gyud ipugos sa Purchasing namo na ipa PAL ko. If ma afford pud nako PAL sa personal, then mag PAL man pud ko.

And then tell nga worst jud inyo experience with Cebu Pacific.
For me, i am very thankful to Cebu Pacific nga i always arrive home to my family in 1 piece & breathing.

often times i have no choice but to ride on this crappy airline especially on official business when i have no say in purchasing the tickets.if i'll put all my rants since 2000 might not fit in one posts i.e. their stupid travel fund (loss more than 3k last year because they wouldn't give me a full refund but instead forced me to book for another flight which i never did because i have no travel on the particular period they wanted me to rebook the tickets and i needed that money badly). to sum up CRAPPY (can't say bad words here)

I often ride cebupac on my travels to CBU-MNL and also abroad. But what I don't like about cebupac specially if im coming from Manila is the terrible wait time. Naa pa gyud times nga pabalhinon ka from (example scenario ni ha, which actually happened to me more than once) gate number 10 to gate number 25 ba to. Unya peeeeeeerti raba ka taas anang terminal 3. Not to mention mag saka kanaug ka sa escalator. Then if naa kay carry in baggages magka puliki intawon ka ug bitbit kay ang inyong gate sa boarding giilisan at the last minute. No choice ang passengers but to abide from it lang gyud. Then wala pa gyuy tarmac at times, palakwon ra ka going to the airplane. Gggggrrr......
On the delayed part issue sad, makasabot ko ani kay the Manila airport is congested already. Bisag naka landing namo di paka maka naug sa plane coz another plane is still occupying the said parking space.
That's why, I fly zest air. Kay in fairness, when I step down the plane 20 meters away naa nako sa waiting area sa taxi. It's actually more convenient kung adto ka sa old domestic airport compared to terminal 3. Plus, do a comparison on the pricing. If you think Cebupac is cheap. You'd be surprise with Zestair. I can get one way tickets at 600 pesos all in na.
i fly often. i used to enjoy flying. as much as possiblle, dli jd ko aning cbupac, but sumtimes man gd, u have to ky they have more flights to a certain area than pal/airphil.
1. cbu-bcd flite, na late kog check in, mga a minute or two cguro to. nihangyo ko ky of cors, i reli need to be in that flight. i pleaded wid d girl na please reconsider. unsa ba na the girl i was talking to rudely told me off, dli jd daw ky blahblah. so i still pleaded. i was still talking when she said 'next' (sa nagsunod nako). i hate rude people so mao to, didto niulbo akng kaspa, i told her, for everyone to hear, sumting like this: dli mo considerate sa inyong mga pasahero. maytag nalate kog half an hour, sus pila ra jd ka minutos. unya hilas pa kaau ka manubag. pero kng inyong eroplano ma late, okay ra? bsag pila pa ka oras? d man lang gane mo ka serve bisag tubig, leche! get me ur supervisor! katong guy na tapad niya na counter niduol, gpulihan sya, then checked me in.
2. dvo-cbu flight, left davao around 10 or 11 am ba to. this happened a week b4 their crash landing sa dvo airport. we were descending na, as in very near na jd sa ground ky dli naman gagmay ang cars, people, almost about to taxi, na feel na namo na nigawas na ang ligid sa plane when suddenly, ni saka mig kalit abruptly. the foreigner beside me naka WTF jud ky nakurat. siempre nakuyawan ko ky feel nako duol na kaau sa ground ba. we circled once then landed na pinauntol. pag naog nako, nasugatan nako one of my friends na nagwork as aircraft mechanic. sugat sya-- day gkan ka sakay ana? sus kuyawa namo nagtan-aw ato oi. i asked him naunsa diay to, naa pa daw aircraft sa runway sumting ba to but he had to rush sumwer na man. i asked him dat ky ang g announce sa FA ky sumting abt naa pay aircraft sa runway. pagka gabii ni txt ko niya to ask. ana sya nako naa daw sumting wrong wid one of d engines ato, n there was no aircraft at the runway dat time. mao toy last nako sakay ug cbu pac ky naparanoid ko. nisamot ko ka paranoid wen ni crash land cla sa dvo the following week.
3. mla-cbu evening flight. it was raining. very turbulent flight. im used to turbulence but ang nakapaet lng ato ky during one of d turbulence, suddenly d plane dropped like murag dli na mo stop ug drop, d lights in d cabin flickered and d plane shuddered. hilak jd ko ato. d woman beside me n her son were crying too. nag act of contrition na gud ko. pag land namo hilom kaau, murag wa kabarog dayun ang mga passengers.
4. ambot lng but i dont like the way they land, dli smooth touchdown like pal. always pinauntol. or maybe pirmi lng jd ko natimingan ug pinauntol na landing.

Pag tan aw nako sa kilid, naay FOR TACLOBAN. So didto tawon ko nag huwat sa tacloban which is naa sa taas.
I thought nga like other international airports nga ang paging or speaker phones connected all throught the airport...
