@TS: Why not settle all the legal matters (business permits, BIR, etc.) first and go to banks? It's safer that way both for you and on the lender's side. Mas ubos pa ang rates.

if sa banks, naa sila requirement nga dapat stable na ang business.
at least 2 years operating and of course with legal documents.
naa pud na sila minimum annual income
so most likely di ma grantan ang TS og business loan sa bank unless lihokon niya ang legal papers, dayon naa siya mapakita ITR nga mo fit sa ila requirement then lastly, if naa siya kaila inside the bank nga maka-vouch for him.

if it's really urgent, individual lenders nlng gyud iya madaganan but with 56K nga i-loan with a 32" Samsung TV as collateral, I doubt naay mo sugot ana. https://www.istorya.net/forums/busine...ran-ko-na.html

lenders will look for collateral that will appreciate in value or if not, kana maka-help generate og further income. Yes, naay mo dawat gadgets, appliances and the like as collateral pero approx 1/3 of it's current market value ra dawat ana man and magka-depreciate pa gyud na ang value in time.
