Bro I feel you! =) Pero duda jud ko anang Gloxi bro oi!.. if kaning ebook, mo grow paka more, mo beliv ko... but if 1 inch ra gani kutob, i think it's from the intervertebral disc... (have you heard of slipped disc?) kanang mga discs it absorbs water like a sponge... so when you get rest/sleep in the evening, your disc will recover, swell and adds height in the morning when you get up.. try to measure again in the evening before you sleep... jmo..

UU update tika! This last week sa July paman mouli akong gf. Pero ambot if makadala ba siya pud kay ang pharmacy iyang palitan didto nahutdan ug stacks but ingnan siya tawagan siya this week! Hope naa!..
