Why not go to a legit doctor and have a follow-up check-up?
So the doc can provide you with the med cert that you need
and better you'll have your health checked just in case he
might discover a lurking illness hehehe.. Just teasing TS..

Seriously, there are cases that peeps were able to have early
diagnosis of diseases by undergoing preventative doctor's visit.
