vonage account so far is big in etel.sila naman nakakuha sa account kay ang PS gi tanggal naman ang vonage sa ila.heard from a reliable source. pero ang sales sa vonage i think mawala na kay nagclose naman ang sa US na vonage.pildi man sila sa kaso sa verizon.dako sila ug nabayran sa patent copying.

I'm currently working in this call center company for 2 years already but wants to explore another company for greener pasture & greater opportunities.

I know eTelecare have a Technical account & I'm interested to join-up since that's my line & that's also my current job now. Anyways, hope someone could give me info about the ff.:
1. basic salary for veteran agents?...
2. what is their medical insurance?...
3. what are the allowances & how much?...
4. what are their incentives & how much?...
5. Are they open for QA applicants for 2 years associate graduate & 2 years experienced veteran agent?...
6. What are the Terms & Conditions if you'll happen to be working to the same account with my current employer?...
7. How soon will they give their Signing Bonus?...

depende unsa ka na level, kung tsr1 kay 15T basic and 3T for transpo allowance. and tsr2 kay 18T ang basic and 3T for transpo.
maxicare and healthcare provider, then may mga bonus every quater depende sa performance nimu since performance based man. usually internal hiring ang QA. im not sure sa signing bonus. murag 1month after signing man cguro, nalimot na ko.

tsr2 kai 19k plus basic then tsr 3,4,5 na sunod hehe. Ang qa salary is based sa imu level as a TSR. in other words, nag earn ka ug TSR wage (depende unsa level nimo) pero lahi mu ug tasks of course
