I've been using SmartBro for the last 5 years. I was happy with my connection, kay bisag hinay dli xa putol2.
But now I'm really frustrated. I'm not even online for most of the time and when I do, I surf the net for fb updates, watch videos for not more than an hour and read cases online.
But then Smart tells me that I have exceeded 15gb for this month. WTF

I only downloaded once sa torrent and it was like 500mb, don't tell me that I've consumed 15gb in watching youtube and updating my fb account... BS!!! That's not even what Fair Usage Policy is aimed at... To top it off they're re-routing the calls to the answering machine... BS!!! customer service.
As of the moment, It takes 2 mins for the picture to load in fb... im not even trying to open youtube anymore coz that would be a waste of time.... My inquiry is naa pabay lain na isp aside from globe na available within cebu that's not retarded in making their customer's happy?
