    I am currently working at Blue Connect ang sweldo jud ang tinoud ani nga gi reklamo sa kadaghanan but kanang tawo nga mung gidaot dinhi TS who is Bella dili na tinoud. Ang management lang gyud maoy nakadala og kabati ani nga company. The previous company that I've been working for was totally different ani nga Company, kay once makadawat naka sa sweldo ikaw pa mismu pangutan on sa accounting kung kulang ba mu sweldo but Blu Connect is not.Once gani makakita ka sa mung sweldo nga lahi ra sa uban den mureklamo ka. Ipasa pasa ka bisag asa... I don't know why ngun ani sila. Kay honestly lang nag observe lang ko karun basta dili gani ni naku makuha akong kuwang mudiretso jud ko og resign...

    And all about pud sa mga Trainees nga akong ka batch.nalouy jud tawun ko kay gi reprofile sila sa lain nga account nya ang previous nga account which was kauban sila namu ato wala nabayri ilang training fee mao tong niundang nalang jud tawun sila... Daghan napud kog nadunggan sa mga dugay na didto nga basta kulang gani imung sweldo ayaw nalang jud pag expect nga makuha pa nimu.Which was totally unfair kay naningkamut gud ka para makuha lang ang qouta taga adlaw dapat reciprocal jud unta ang sweldo sa mung hinaguan...
    Dili mani sa pang daot ako dinhi..Ni share lang ko sa akong experience and maynta mahimangno ang management ani...malooy pud unta sila sa ilang gipatrabaho nya usa pa lagyu baya kaayu ang gipuy an sa uban...

    We cannot expect a starting company to be in absolute perfection with its processes. Naa lang siguro miscommunication between departments mao nga naa jud dili mahatagan sa ilang sweldo or training fee. First of all, the pay is computed based on the number of phone hours an employee accumulates on a cut off. Phone time is calculated based on the number of hours and minutes the employee takes live calls. They are expected to have at least 8 hours on a daily basis. So, kung wagas mag tinapulan ang agent kay nag cge ug pause, unauthorized coaching, overbreak ug 5 minutes, overlunch ug 10 minutes, late ug 10 minutes, ug kung nakatulog ang agent sa iyang station - natural mu decrease ang phone time. Imagine that happening to the same employee on a daily basis. Kuyaw ra ba dayon kaayo kung makuwangan ang sweldo kay dad on ang ginikanan. Whose fault is it at the end of the day?

    Sa mga trainees nga wala gi hatagan sa ilang allowance; Did you carefully read and understand what you signed in the first place?

    Nakabasa mo nga kung ma terminate or dili mu maka pasar sa training, you will get what's due to you 30 days after? We dont just let trainees go just because we don't like them. We let them go because of their behavior issues or their poor performance. Just like any company, we can't let an incompetent person stay and get paid.

    Wala'y benefits kay nag process pa man sa SEC registration. Kung mu kaltas ang company ug para benefits, don't you think it's stealing?

    This is just to clear some misunderstanding with the company and those trying to ruin our reputation in the business. We just had the company SEC registered. So we are a legit business.

What happened to leaderscorp? gone by the wind! Is there operation legal? leaderscorp before if im not mistaken is into mortgage in Rancho Cucamonga California, did they run out of clients there thats why they are targeting Australia. are these operation of them legal, are they registered to any government agencies here in the Philippines or in SEC. Leaderscorp has no benefits like sss philhealth etc. even night defferential before. does clean switch apply the same practices. I need a thorough explanation on this...

    Well.. I am so glad nga naa nay plano ang company nga iparegister sa SEC.. Wala najuy problema kung magkinaunsa sa sweldo kay naay LABOR CODE nga ukbon kung magkinaunsa man... This is a good thing...

    Excuse ba ang phone time...dili oi..kay daghan kayu ang mingreklamo bisag kompleto ilang phone time..Nya naa pay disputes nga mag tapun og...

    We do not work for LCI rather we are leasing seats with them. Know the difference between the 2. Did it hit you that we dont give damn to Leaderscorp and such? Because we are not affiliated with them. If you want your thorough explanation, then you should know where to go. Kung naa kay reklamo sa Leaderscorp or LCI adto ni chairman duol. Hasula!
