I would really not agree to this completely, considering what the vigilantes did to Davao. It really depends on who controls them, which in Davao's case, the mayor himself, adn the views must never change, which in their case, for the betterment of the city.

It is the middle class that keeps this country afloat. It is the middle class that shoulders the most taxes. It is the middle class that goes through tooth and nail just to send in billions of funds for this country of ours.

Yes, it is a hard decision but you have to keep the priorities of those who contribute to society first compared to those who do not contribute, even leech of them at most. Not protecting the middle class would mean allowing the transfer of wealth from those who actually matter to those who only rely on force and intimidation to acquire that wealth.

A communist who disguises himself as a liberal would use the idea of condoning these types of killings yet does not do anything when their counterparts execute a member of the armed forces or civilian population for that matter. Some of these gangs are affiliated with communist insurgents, as the communists see these as a way of weakening our institutions. Sure, they can claim that some areas are insurgency free, yes they are free from communists using arms and all. But they are not free from gangs that also use partylist groups that make noise when one of them is killed by government forces.

So to change things to their way they would have to eliminate the middle class and everything else will follow. Tell me, are you a middle class or a communist disguised as a liberal?

    - who are your target buyers?
    - Are they gonna immediately develop the property once purchased?

na-a pa gyud pending na case sa rallos na ganahan maka yuta sa srp.
