is this on 13.04? if it does its bug sa kernel i dont use "service networking-manager restart" i just pulled the cable out and plugged it again... and walla network issue solve... and i alway use sudo reboot over ssh since when im the office my laptop is my server i and i use my mac most of the time... so far wala ko issue except lang if nag update ko sa grub ug fstab

yes, so far based sa ubuntu community forums, persisting bug pana sa 13.04. I think somebody mentioned nga deprecated na daw ang /etc/init.d/networking restart in 13.04. Anyway, maka lingaw gyud ang Linux specially technical troubleshooting.

exactly thats the reason why linux is fun to use... unless if you are gamer... i also read recently that the issue is more of the restart option coz the stop/start option is not depreceated... hopefully they will resolve the kernel on their next release...

nag problemah ko ganeha kay akong pulseaudio mu crash neg launch sa VLC version 2.0. Na resolve ra nako pag uninstall sa pulseaudio and alsa then gi reinstall napud balik. Now 99% working perfectly, no stutter sound gi pa drive nako akong notebook sa 5.1 subwoofer, boom boom kaayo.

naa sad toy lain solution ana... limot lang ko... but usahay mabantaya nimo na if naa skype nagdagan naay weird nga sound if naay notification.. same culprit different solutions...
