Hope naka pa check up naka. If not, I would highly recommend Dr. Frances De La Serna, breast surgeon/specialist. Iya clinic naa sa Borromeo Building (accross Cebu doc ER).

Maayo kaayo ni siya na doctor, and I'm speaking from personal experience. Accredited man siya sa uban HMO/Health insurance, so if naa ka coverage libre ra pa check up. If not, I think around 300-500 iyang consultation fee.
