there was a plan the problem is the location... as what we have encountered... so we didnt continue..

location63 expensive... very expensive.. not cool at all... if memory serves me right 500 per day... then 10k per month... correct me if im wrong about the recent pricing...

nag consider baya ko ani to start a coworking space diri sa cebu... nga dili expensive... kaso lang wala nindot nga lugar nga dili sad mahal... do i still have my research about this, about the target market, the liabilities and asetts needed and how it can be implemented...... if dili ko madayon sa cebu adto nako ni i start sa dumaguete... ive open this up to my group but they are not yet interested on this one... so i will still continue ani and hope a VC would be interested... but im also working pud ani with my boss... he has the facility and money... its just implementation

karong july mamista man ko didto sa ako inlaw, mag kita mi sa uyoan sa ako asawa nga nay mga bakante nga lugar sa dumaguete... naa ta toy barato kaso sa talay lang medyo layo... though i prefer tana duol sa blvd or sa robinson kaso walay bakante last nako pangutana... my next startup also will be based in negros... specifically sa tanjay...
