I am really confused everytime I read the description but it is boasted as if it's something worth taking a note on. I read about HSPA+ model or DC- bla bla in features mentioned on Samsung Galaxy Note and Huawei MediaPad. So what exactly is it? It seems like it's not a common feature and ignored by Ipad?
