How to become a local band in cebu

ei guys we have a band here in cebu
were into composition of alternative musics

a have a few compositions and were planin to have it to be recoreded and were planin of making a music video of it?

we're cn i hav submitted our music here in cebu so that somebody could have us sponsored or something?

actually the best thing to do is record your music first, from then, hopefully naa na moy makaila... however, you still have to make GOOD music to be noticed, first and foremost.... Connections do NOT matter if you're not in a GOOD band...

Radio stations wouldn't even play your songs if you don't have good material.. that's the reality...

by the way, if u can get hold of the March or February issue of PULP Magazine, daghan tips didto para sa starting bands...

Lastly, if u're band still doesnt take off, you could always put up your own production outfit and organize your own gigs... that's what most independent bands do to get noticed...

to be a local band in cebu u have to be first a LOCAL, second you have to have a BAND, third you have to be in CEBU.

since cebu is not so much into palakasan, all you need to focus at this point of your -- ahm, kanang, kuan -- career is to write good songs. mao ra ni gusto sa mga cebuanos, hatagi silag nindot nga kanta, any genre basta nindot nimo pagkahimo, and they will notice you. have the songs recorded unya duola nang mga estasyonan diha nga mga buotan - smash kung binisaya nang imo.

ug nangandoy ka maabot sa manila, pagsugod nag suon-suon anang cueshe, unya ayaw na balik cebu. hehe. bitaw, goodluck bay, ayoayo sa imong banda.
