    We booked our flights a year ago kay tungod lage sale. Nagkaduol among flight, akong gi view from their website para i-print. Sus, pagtan-aw nako na change among return flight sked. Wa man lang nitawag or ni email nako para abisuhan nga na change ang schedule. Ni email ko nila pero hantod karon wa juy reply intawon. Dawat nalang nako nga na change at least na extend akong bakasyon ug 1 day kaso akong pananghid sa akong amo intawon kutob ra 1 ka semana nga leave. Tsktsktsk.

    Hmm. How about getting stucked in Surigao Airport for 4 1/2 hours. Supposed flight is 11am, but departed from Surigao around 3pm na.

    Does not even provide water for the stucked passengers.

    And 2 days after, when the next time I flew with them, I was denied to check-in kay late ko for around 8 minutes from the cut-off check-in time bsan ug di pa "Boarding" ang status. Well, I don't have to blame them for that, however to my dismay akoa na lang giingnan nga "The last time I flew with you, the flight was delayed for 4.5 hours... Congratulations to you for performing your Job well! (with sarcastic facial expression)"

    ^^ Dri ra man na sa Cebu na in-ana sila basta ma close na ang counter kay di na gyud ka i check-in... Sa GenSan kasulay ko na nalate, pero gipa-sakay ra man gihapon ko bisan nagsugod nag sakay ang mga pasahero sa eroplano...

    1st, Flight was 10pm+/- Cebu-Mnla(nkalimot nko sa exact oras kay sakit sa ulo ug dugay na 2008 )
    I sure was on time, we were like 7 on the line para Check in, the cebu pac employee counted 1, 2, 3 & i was # 4.
    The lady said. "Sorry na overbooked or no seats available for us 4.. to make it short.. angry disappointed others gone home (flyt was rebookd), Ako pagahi2x with the other fellow (gabii na kaau, South pa amoa, labaw sa tanan akong love2x naghuwat intawn sa Manila! Mapatyan jud ko ato).. They sent us to Days Hotel and woke up for 1st flyt.

    2nd, Fyt was around 3pm Mla-Cebu. I was so early 12 palang airport nko so i did make an early Check-In. 2pm on announcement was made
    All flyts were cancelled, will resume 8am the following day! Daghan kaayong tao sa T3... Cebu Pac. they offer nothing. Nothing at all. So far since 2010 wa na kaau ko nag Cebu Pac or none that i can remember.

    This Tuesday i will be on Cbu Pac 12am-2am. Hope everything will be Okay.

    suddenly changing the flight schedule without giving any warning/notice tsktsk

    ako gi-emailan ug gikasab-an. nanghatag ra ug option for free rebooking or refund. in the end wala koy napili kay dapat man jud ko muoli on that day

    Pero nothing major happened to me fortunately.

    Sorry TS.... pero i find your "situation" kinda impossible gamay.

    Kung moingon ta og 4:30am ang flight, sa ato pa, naa na mo sa waiting lounge ana at least 30 minutes before the flight. Ang akong gipasabot nga waiting lounge is kanang huwatanan nga area before mosakay sa eroplano... sa ato pa, kung naa na ka diha, human na mo og check-in, nya naa moý boarding pass tanan.

    Kung naa jud mo tinood sa waiting lounge, impossible kaayo nga dili mo pukawon. Kay tanan nga naa sa waiting lounge are supposed to board the plain. And it is very hard not to see 40 passengers!

    That means, wala pa mo sa waiting lounge.
    In short, i suspect nga wala pa jud mo ka-check-in ato bah.

    ...again... no offense lang ha.
    Let us just be fair with Cebu Pacific pod.



    Naa sila mga paltos.... pero kinsa man nga airline ang wala?!
    ...this is the part where is say.. just my 2 cents...

    Ok.. on the topic...

    Sakay ko pirmi sa Cebu Pacific for about 4 to 5 times round trips a year.
    Ako worst experience so far:
    -- wala ma-karga ang akong checked-in baggage. 1 carpet ra gud, 2nd hand carpet pa jud.

    It's supposed to be fine ra. Ang naka-worst ra ato is, ang ilang mga staffs "don't know what to do" on cases like this.
    Ako pa ang ni-demand to have the "claim slip" aron mahuman nya maka-uli nako.

    It's my worst exp so far, pero not a big deal...

    mga hinampak bisan txt or email man lang wala jud magpahibaw nga geusab nila ang schedule para singapore. imbis payts kaayo to alas dose sa kadlawn ang biyahe geusab man nuon ug alas 2 sa hapon.
