as I've stated above. wala. up to now, no soft-downgrader is available for the 3.10/3.11/3.30/3.40 firmwares

does FW 2.71 still need GTA:Liberty City Stories to downgrade-upgrade the FW to Open Edition?

no it does not... but you must select the correct downgrader for the job depending on the mother board of your PSP
