how bout samsung gt-19003? can it be upgraded to ics? thanx bro

Is that the Samsung Galaxy SL (GT-i9003)? I can't find a GT-19003, only a GT-i9003 (that's the problem with 1 and I looking very similar). If so, there's no official ICS update, but you can get ICS or even JB as a custom ROM. Be sure to read the various ROM threads for bug reports and reviews until you find something you like. Most of the development now is focusing on JB, but you will find some ICS ROMs if you go a few pages back.

I answered that in the post you quoted, but in case it wasn't clear: there's no official update from Samsung for that phone, but if you root it, you'll be able to upgrade to an ICS or JB custom ROM (I linked to the XDA forum where you can find those roms). Hope that helps.
