based sa ako nabasa dili daw advisable magpa music while nag jog/ run kay maka affect sya sa imoang pacing.

sa ako experience as a runner,i can say it's quite true kay if magpa music ka naay tendency mapaspas or mo yaya ang pacing depende sa rhythm sa imo gipaminaw. pero boring pud ug way music. so depende ra guro sa tao unsay comfortable.

cguro music na di kaayo paspas ug di sad kaayo yaya na maka tulog na while ga jog. hehe.

depende sa pacing na naandan ug kanang makasabay imoa steps.
