    so if that's the case, youre simply saying the fitness experts that claim this "fact" as gymbros. oh yeah, and that makes you the world's best "totoy brown" fitness expert.

    if possible dotn give false infos on the readers, back up your claims

    Completed 12 weeks of Stronglifts.

    Gains so far:

    Squat - 45 lbs -> 215lbs
    Deadlift - 95lbs -> 255lbs
    OHP - 45lbs -> 105lbs
    Bench - 45lbs -> 155lbs

    Will try to change my routine to Wendler's 5/3/1 program with some metcon(crossfit style workouts) since I noticed a drop sa ako conditioning.

    Fitness experts aren't scientists... Just so you know. Cite to me an actual scientific study(Not an ARTICLE made by an "fitness expert") that monitors catabolism in the muscles.

    Not all individuals have the same work capacity. Pariha rana og mo gym ka bago ra, mo diritso diay kag alsa bug.at? Mao na ang mga sayop sa mga gym "trainers" sa mga commercial gyms. They treat everyone the same. Like they're the same exact person. Perform one exercise, rest 30 seconds, form gets shit due to fatigue=productive? I don't think so. You don't have to be a rocket scientist. 2nd, if busy kaayo ang gym, nya hapit na 1 hour, di nalang nimo tiwason imong workout? To grow, you need stimulus, rest, and nutrition. You don't have to follow this 1 hour rule absolutely. Working out longer would not hurt your "gains". It's a good workout time to target, but it doesn't have to be forced. You work your way toward that workout capacity.

    And no, i'm not a "totoy brown" expert. This is all from working out for thousands of hours, being a student of physical therapy, and having thousands of hours conversing with professional strength trainers, bodybuilders, olympic lifters.

    Don't read too much and do so little. Paralysis by analysis.

    Vegetables and fruits. These are your best choices if you want to trim down in calories. It's also hard to overeat when you're eating these foods because they are high in fiber. Mas dali ka mabusog! Not to mention all the other health benefits of eating healthy
