This will be the next location of Sinha Bahia de Capoeira Academy starting June 2013.

I hope we'll have that Saturday schedule again, but it's up to the coaches man gud, kay dili sila available. Most of the coaches are coming from Talisay and Consolacion, and they also have their jobs, mao lisud pud sila og schedule, especially, 2 coaches are inactive now in Sinha Bahia de Capoeira kay busy na sa ilang business.

Ola!!! It's day 1 of the Capoeira Workshop with Mestre Cabeca & Mestre Torpedo later at 6pm. Are you all excited? Please be guided that venue of the workshop will be on the 3F Visayan Columbian Foundation Bldg (across Ayala, beside Tune Hotel). Workshop starts at 6pm.

Roda will follow at the Ayala Terraces, 8:30PM.

Added variation for the class,
Music class
Portuguese Class
Acrobacia / Acrobatics

Beginner's class would consist of step-by-step and slow execution.
Open level class would still be the same as beginner's class but faster.
Music class, we'll learn the basic instruments of Capoeira, Berimbau, Atabaque, Pandeiro
Acrobacia class is where we'll learn basic to advance acrobatics of Capoeira.

depende kung kinsa mo-tudlo bro, mga coach or si Professor Jensen.

Kung si Professor Jensen mo-tudlo, kay paspas in a sense na, daghan i-tudlo sagunson, without step-by-step, og less pahuway.

Kung mga coach, if naa'y mga assistant coaches, pwede ra mo-separate to teach beginners step-by-step.
kung wala, usually, same ra kay Professor Jensen, pero less speed, more pahuway.. hehe..

but these teaching style are based on what I've observed during our classes. Depende gihapon sa mo-tudlo bro.. ^_^
