it was a mockery against cosmetic products by using cliched, absurd lines

i don't think the intent was to make fun of Filipino children. if anything, it was a joke against cosmetics companies and animal rights groups situation

ang mga animal rights groups kay hilig magprotesta against animal testing on cosmetic products. makes me wonder if these same people are also protesting against human testing.

so the point of the joke is that instead of testing it on animals, the companies test it on humans. now as for why she specifically named Filipino children, it may be her way of saying how some of us would treat other ethnicity (especially from third-world countries) as sub-human and that any tests done against these ethnicities are acceptable. it's a satire against "civilized-world" backward thinking, it's not an attack against Filipino children


if anything, mas dakong insulto para nako ang actual/REAL commercials na makita nato sa TV how being black/morena is ugly and that we should we use their products to whiten-up and become beautiful

we should also take note of REAL offensive jokes in our local comedy bars and shows making fun of bisayans/muslims/probinsyanos as if these people are perpetually neanderthal/ignorant
