Guys tinuod ni! I was with blue connect b4, Grabeh tikasan kau ni nga company. Kuwang permi amu sweldo ni resign ko dmd oi. Mrag dli pd ni xa registered nga company ky wala man ko ka sign ug contract ever since. Wly employee did2 nga naay ID, wla mi sure if manager ba na cla. I've heard na wala pd daw nka sign ug contracts even mga pioneers ug mga Tl's did2, basic ra pd daw ila sweldo. ANd you know what? the funniest i've ever heard about sa mga team leaders sa blue connect. . . . "with pay daw imu overtime once ma Tl nka".... what?!!!!! bwahahaha..
wala man gd pay imu ot sa blueconnect if dli ka ka sale, walay sss, ph, pg-ibig ug tanan! wla ky benefits madawat .. and then the company hires those people who were not informed, mostly knang wly experience sa call center ky mga wala ma ny alam. they are taking advantage of those greenhorn nga oto-oto.
