Scenario:

Si Debtor naay utang ni Creditor A. Karon kay napungot naman si Creditor A kay delingkwente na si Debtor, iya gipadal-an si Debtor ug sulat nagasulti ug naga pangayo ug permisyon na iyang ibalhin ang utang sa laing Creditor (B)*.

Makatarungan ba ni?


*Silbi ang proceeds na makuha ni Creditor A less na para maka ginansya pod si Creditor B.

Pwede raman na bro, as long as mosugot si Creditor B. Ang indespensable diha is dapat mosugot sa Creditor B.
Pwede gani na nga dili naka mananghid ni Debtor, imo lang siya i inform nga didto na siya mo bayad ni Creditor B.

Ang tawag ana Assignment of rights or cession of credits. Pwede na siya bro.
