Can I downgrade Window 8 OS to windows 7?

you can't also upgrade to future Windows version unless it's a fresh install.

better call up Microsoft support para clear.
As far as i now if you upgrade to Windows 8 Retail Pro you don't have downgrade rights as well.
murag windows 8 OEM Pro only has downgrade rights.
like i said better consult w/ Microsoft support.

better be online when you upgrade as it will download additional files for a smooth transition
and be sure to fix all compatibility issues it detects kay modiritso lang ug crash ahak ( in my experience it was the Bluetooth driver)

upgrade or fresh install you have to enable Netframework 3.5 (required by some games)
you either install it online or from the installation DVD from the sxs folder.
it's worth mentioning nga some "pirated" Windows 8 DVD or ISO does not have the sxs folder.

You have to upgrade your windows game client as well to play Windows games like Virtual Tennis and Batman Arkham City
Again you have to be online. I've search for a redistributable version 3.5.92
wla gyud. only way is to upgrade via Microsoft.

Technically, you can downgrade your system anytime you want.
However, doing so isn't going to guarantee perfect performance in term of original software installed, as there may some bios and software issues to arise.
