Expecting my first born this coming July, can anybody advice or put a step by step procedure nga akong sundon,

Before, During and After delivery sa baby? I want to know as much as possible gikan sa mga nakasuway na diri ug unsa ug unsaon pud ang buhaton. hehe..

register there and you'll receive daily updates from them.
from your expectations, what to do and developements sa baby and mother.

basa - basa lang TS.. anha ra ang kulba ig before and kung mag labor na ang imo wife. pro igawas sa baby mwagtang tnan kakulba ana TS.. hehe.. base on experience..

nakahinumdom pud ko sa akong 1st baby.
nag-print gyud mi ug instruction materials kung mag-labor na ko then unsa buhaton before and after.
kataw-anan kaayo kay pag-start ug sakit sa akong tiyan, basa dayon sa instruction.

hangtud naabot mi sa hospital nagtamud gyapon sa notes.
ana gyud nang 1st timer. pangutana lang pud sa inyong parents.

try reading online sa babycenter. it really helps jud kai chill nlg ka since you have an idea on the dos and dont's.

One thing that really helped me is reading about pregnancy online. Labi na sa Baby Center.
Naa diha tanan sis, ang week by week pregnancy, what to expect in Labor and Deliver ug what your go through during Postpartum. Naa sad check list you can print sa babycenter.com sa unsa imo kailangan i-ready para dad-on sa hospital.

And always remember, bisan unsaon nato pag ready, naa gyud surprises that comes along the way, example is if mag long labor... etc. Every pregnancy is different from the other.
