At least TS, licensed engineer bitaw ka. Agwanta langsa ana.

Naa jud time nga ikaw licensed engineer ka unya naay technician or vocational graduate, mao2x ra or mas dako pa nimo ug sweldo. Pero as time goes by, taas jud ang opportunity nga mosaka jud imong sweldo ug imong profession.

Kung technician langka, not unless mag pursue ka ug bachelors degree or take licensure exams, technician ra jud ka kutob... Bisan unsa paka ka maayong laki, dili jud ka mahimo ug manager.

I'm an engineer, 2.5 years experience and earning more than 10k.

So TS, if you think you will gain solid technical experience na makatabang sa imong career in the future, go for it.

Karun 2 years nako hapit, mas labaw na akong swledo sauna then experience wise nagamit jud nako ankong kurso..

If dili nimo need urgently ang job, then somebody will be very much happy to accept that offer. Sad but true. Sa kadaghan sa surplus nga experienced engineer, sambody wil always have a better edge than you.

Pero sa mga big, multinational companies... unless bachelor or with masters degree ka, dili jud ma promote into supervisor or manager ang employee with only 2-3 years vocational course.

Take note ha, we are not talking about sales or other field not related with engineering. Lets go back to the topic.

    Yes. Noted.

Bro, it's not about your credentials but your skill set, your expertise in the field.
Please don't underestimate people who don't have these so-called 'credentials.
