what i would do is wait a little while nga muabot ang i7 haswell laptops diri. it has hd 4600 (same power as gt 630m or radeon 7670m) internal gpu which is already enough for video and photo editing. don't buy laptops with dedicated gpu if you are not gaming, they will only make the laptop bulkier/heavier and more pricey.
