    discipline-kung gnahan ka mogamay imo tiyan kay dapat naay disiplina sa pagkaon ug ilimnon

    hardwork-exercise,exercise,exercise.. kung ga sit-ups ka like 20 today incresan na nmo sunod adlaw like 30,next day kay 40

    optimism or determination- think positive na makuha nmo ang imo goal,to make you more inspired magbutang ka ug pics sa mirror or sa bed or sa toilet to remind you always na magpagamay ka sa imo tiyan
