i just realized that I am wasting money and the chance to live longer. Now, I am 7 months clean and just the thought of me smoking again makes me flinch.

One day I just decided to stop and I never smoked again... No withdrawals or anything and I was a moderate to heavy smoker back then... Started smoking when I was in grade 6 actually, Winston pa toh then transitioned to Marlboro Reds during High school and then Marlboro Gold during college. I smoke an average of a pack a day but if mag inom maka 3 packs cguro ko. Hibong pud ko how I was able to quit in a snap.. smoke free for 8 years now.
