^when it comes to competition it will always narrow down to budget so that's price-to-performance ratio kana kung money is no problem aw always goes for whats best but not all. mag cge tag hisgot nga mas paspas ang intel kay sa amd which is true, pero the question can you/we afford its prices? what if AMD has better performance than Intel and price the same? AMD's Hexa Core is Intel's Dual Core+HT is almost at the same price so kita nlang ang mga weigh scale. Karon technologies are easily depreciated its just the matter of future proofing.

price-wise, amd of course, performance-wise, intel. although amd can do things intel does, but for heavy tasks, of course its intel despite the fact that amd have 8-cores. Intel's architecture is just superior. but intel's pricing is just ridiculous.

Really excited sa benchmarks sa fx-9000 series i just really hope makacompete sila sa performance sa high segment intel...

If you are working on a budget, specifically from 4k-7k, no doubt that AMD offers strong contenders to the i3 which is probably handicapped in a "futureproofing" POV. Below that and beyond, nothing comes close to Intel's offerings.

before it was the battle of frequencies karon lahi na pag sugod sa Dual Core era it was the battle of architecture and Intel started to dominate the era. pero AMD still has something good to offer but the worse of was the Phenom(not Phenom II which was the best for their line) and the Bulldozer(never tried this). But now intel has thermal issues with their CPU in which Overclockers will not enjoy but its just a minor issue.

Kung sa i5 guro maka sukol gur oang FX-8 Piledriver. Pero kung i7 ang FX-8 kay mag apas na paspas kau ang response time sa i7.

I have an FX6100 + HD6870 + 4gb x 2 1600mhz HyperX = super responsive raman.. Intel and AMD only differ on benchmarks but not in real world applications. Though they clearly differ in price.. Price to Performance Ratio... I'd go with AMD. But if I've got all the money in the world, I'd go with Intel of course... But i'd really want to see AMD competing head to head against Intel in all tier offerings but I strongly bet it has something to do with marketing as the two technology giants won't go head on as they want to have feasible and reliable share of the market.. Maybe they have both decided and agreed Intel take the upper class market and AMD the mid-range to mainstream... Brilliant marketing strategy by both companies hidden behind a well-played "competition kuno"...

mao gyud.. nagresearch2x ko sa amd apus, ang fx 8350 murag i5 raman diay iya ka level jud.. di xa pde macompare sa i7...ako sad nabantayan, murag mas dakog kaon kurente ang amd ba kesa sa intel...
