I got scared to invest in AXA due to previous posts. Hopefully, they already listened to the feddback and has made major changes in their business and handling people. Bitaw, feedback from actual clients. What i also like with axa although wala ko nikuha is the transparency. You have access to your acct online so you can monitor with your investment. Unlike in Prulife wala gyud, i have to depend on whatever my fund manager is telling me or i will ask feedback from him. Lisod wala kay way to monitor except nila.
However my investment is doing well so no plans of switching ug sayang sad ang tenure sa comp

It's not advisable to terminate a policy since doing so will forfeit the life insurance itself. VUL or those with investment side nga life insurance policy are oftentimes sustainable after 10 years and pra kampante ka, 20 years. You can withdraw units but to terminate the policy, lugi gyud unless yearly renewable nga term life gikuha.

before you decide on something, get more facts lang sa.

I guess naa sad na sa agent pud mismo, daghan di knowledgeable sa ila products. in your part, feel free to ask questions if something is unclear. basi pud nag-tuo ang agent kahibaw na mao wa na-explain ang uban details.

The best thing to do is to approach the agent who sold you that plan. For sure that agent can provide you with all the information necessary about your plan/policy. If not, you can go to AXA's office directly. I believe daghan kaayo ug offices ang AXA diri sa Cebu.
