    she paid a lot nga hulog2 mga 5K guro every month, den after some years supposedly mgprocess nah to get the title wla diay permit for construction ang lugar and so on and so forth. SO g.uli sd ang kwarta pero monthly sd nga 5K.. ahak! g.negosyo pa ni for some years naa nah unta nkita akong friend sah pg.ipon niya monthly ani.. tsk tsk tsk

    my family and i are starting to look for rent to own houses.. or H/L through Pag-Ibig.

    Kahadlok man di ning real estate.. i though kita ka nice deal that's it, process lng sa pag-ibig then check sa balay.. Would it be wise sa pagibig acquired assets na lng palit balay for a first house?

    Any pre-selling require HLURB permit. Please check with HLURB office near plaza independenza regarding this developer and complaint purpose.

    Big developers also sometimes delay the project.

    To be sure: Always buy ready to occupy units.....

    Just wanna share my experience, nikuha q e-condo sa gio, located sa labangon, after paying sa reservation, aq I spotcash ang equity unta naay prob sa unit nq, itransfer unta q sa higher floor nga dko gnahan, dn krn naa pjud prob wpay ecc. Gduha2 nq krn kng mutiwas b byad o parefund nlng, kuyawan nlng q ani da
