Hello fellow Istoryans! Just had my beautiful wedding last June 8! Everyone was so happy and commended at how elegant and beautiful everything was. and I am very happy with my suppliers for making it happen. Here's my review:

Dress-up Hotel - Shangri La Mactan - The up point was that the suite is big. Service at Shangri La is always good, we just had some issues with the food for suppliers as they are quite strict about it.

Ceremony - Shangri La Pavillion - The view is FANTASTIC, it was such a shame though that it was raining an hour before the wedding! So it was a bit gloomy during the ceremony. But the interior of the venue and the view is fantastic. Downside though is that it can only accommodate small weddings. So if you have guests of 100, it would be a perfect venue. Anymore than a 100, don't have it there.

Photography - Green and Purple Photography - Although they are new, they're pics are really BEAUTIFUL! I know that the photos are great because when we look at the RAW photos it doesn't need much editing at all. When Jeff (the photographer) has a vision of the setting and the details for the wedding he really takes time and puts a lot of effort to capture everything and makes it beautiful.

Video - Sly Studios (Sly Climaco) - Sly and his team is really great! On-time, professional and the output of the video was really really great! Couldn't believe that it looked so FAB! These guys know what they are doing, seriously happy with their results.

HMU - Judie Gabato - Fabulous make up and hair team! Everybody loved their looks. I opted for a more fresh look, and Judie made me loook gorgeous! Everybody was always commenting on how beautiful I was and that my makeup enhanced my beauty. Judie is also very easy to work with and was comfortable with her and the team. Thumbs up!

Entourage Barongs - Noelle West Bridal - Their selection of barongs was much better than the other shops I've been to. One thing I can say is that the staff is not very "happy" and doesn't feel very accommodating. Another thing I didn't like was when we returned the Barong they closed 30 minutes early! I was upset at why we could return the Barongs before 4 and yet they couldn't even wait for another 10 minutes just so we could return.

Flowers - Jun Canete - What can I say? This guy has such a passion for flowers that it really shows in his work! I must say I didn't have enough time to discuss all the details of what I wanted, but I trusted Jun so much that I told him it is really up to him. And I am so glad I trusted him 100%!!! Everything was so beautiful and Jun is very professional. I suggest if you want the best florist, get Jun! And make sure to book WAY in advance para walay mahay!

Photobooth - 123Smayl - These guys are great and affordable too! They were really accommodating and easy to work with. Absolutely happy with the results. All my guests had such fun!

Reception - Shangri La Mactan Ballroom - Although I didn't get to eat much because I was busy, my guests enjoyed the food so much!!! They commended that the food was really delicious and the selection was just so vast. The desserts were really the best too! I'm very happy with my choice of having everything in Shangri La. Everything was beautiful, the event coordinator I have was SO helpful and I'm very thankful I made the right choice.

Hosting and Coordination - all done by my wonderful friends even though they are not professionals in hosting or coordinating but they really pulled it off like pros!
