use Hirens live cd then boot to miniXP.

Maka boot ug Safe Mode?
Try sa ana nga process (F8 during restart).
If dili maka boot, possible hard drive issue, or overheating.

Ayaw basta2 set ang hdd to ahci if paginstall nimo sa OS kay naka IDE mode, mabuang imo OS ana
If replacing the psu still doesn't work, remove every connection from the mobo tapos i ground ang power on switch gamiti ug jumper, leave it for 5mins then remove the jumper and try plugging it back

double your processor mounting and the heatsink how strongly attached to he processor..check also the jumper settings in cmos.....
try to remount your processor...
