router would just do fine. kanang linksys na BEFSR41. payts ra. mao gani ako gamit. but have to set the ip addresses sa mga pc static.. og sa router napod kay dugay kaayo makakita ang router og ip kung dhcp(assuming static ip -- static man ang sa smartbro db?)

hehehe.. why worry about that? wala may laing maka connect besides those naka link na pc to the router(lan cables)..

hmmm..maybe your thinking of a wireless router huh? morag same logic man cguro cgehapon..those na gi assign na ip nimo rapod maka access...

as replied to the smartbro thread.. just use a router. and you can connect more pc's matching the number of ports sa imo router.

hehe.. dili oi..this is not the real wifi protocol.. wireless as in wireless lang hehe.. and any change in mac addresse redirects the user to a security portal for verification.. unless your neigbhor knows your username and password..don't know what would happen if 2 mo ni login using the same account.. maybe the first one would be honored..the 2nd one ma denied..who knows..

you need a broadband router like BEFSR41, connect your Smartbro to the WAN plug of the router, connect pc1 to your router then clone mac address of the pc1 lan card, set router to obltain ip addres automatically, you can use dhcp or assign your own ip add for each pc... and thats it
