But if it is affecting the business na dapat ireview na sa ila management.

TS I think naa na surveysurvey diha. If not, try to contact ang owner or company email ana na branch then ireport imo experience. They already know what they signed up for, they should at least know how to handle these things. If not, then this job is not for them.
