    Hi everyone! The Results Companies is urgently hiring for an HR Specialist for Compensation and Benefits:

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    - Administers benefit programs based on approved policies and processes.
    - Provided guidance to employees on queries related to the benefits programs.
    - Administers internal and statutory benefits processing (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and HDMF) which include filing of employee application for benefits and updates of information, etc.
    - Coordinates with the broker and ensures timely enrolment, amendment and cancellation of HMO & insurance coverage for all regular employees.
    - Handles the preparation of compensation-related documents such as Certificate of Contribution, Maternity/Sickness Benefit Computation, Maternity/Sickness Reimbursement, etc.
    - Tracks leaves usage of employees.
    - Prepare SSS and Pag-ibig loans payroll instructions and prepares payroll template for the directors, managers and HR personnel.
    - Ensures resolution of customer requests, queries and complaints in order to provide a high a level of customer service necessary to support the achievement of defined team and company goals.
    - Performs other related functions are required by the employer.

    Educational Attainment:
    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

    Work Experience:
    - With at least 6 months experience administering statutory benefits processing.

    Knowledge:
    - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the Philippines.
    -Ability to use independent judgement.
    -Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
    -Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
    -Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
    -Ability to prioritize and organize work.

    Other Attributes:
    - Amenable to shifting/graveyard schedule.
    -Willing to work on holidays.
    -Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City.

    We still are hiring for CSRs and IT Admins as well.

    Hi, demille. Yes, as of now, our job vacancy for IT Admin is still up. We highly recommend our applicants to drop by our office here in Lapu Lapu. Our location is also searchable via Google Maps.

    I went there last week to apply for TL. Unfortunately, they dont have any opening for TL's. But I like people there. They are all accommodating and friendly. Not the typical Recruitment center where the staff and HR are intimidating. They are all smiling.

    I would definitely consider working in this company in the future.
