Yet here we are pass a law nga sa pagsugod palang sa pagkuha sa licensya sayop na magpuno pa og laing balaod? If we allow unqualified & irresponsible people to drive (or sa side sa LTO, mga KORAKOT) mahibong pata nga daghan di kabalo mosunod og balaod sa trapico sa ato? Just saying...

Anti-drunk and drugged driving law Rama says law needs review | Cebu News, The Freeman Sections, The Freeman | philstar.com

You don’t make laws abided by because of exorbitant penalty. You make laws being observed and complied with because there is respect, instead of fear kay kon gani og dili pa maka-afford ang madakpan kadaghang mangapriso,” Rama said.

problema sa ato muabusado man kung dili hadlukon.. sunod kung ado sa Middle east ug singapore na stricto makasunod man ang pilipino..

I stand by the law but the problem is,

Is it ever going to be properly implemented and followed?
We may have all the laws to follow but sad to say, some
can get away with it... So no use at all.

prevention is better than cure. don't let these idiot drunkard get inside their vehicle to begin with. and the best solution evah? don't sell liquors, period. especially to people who drive. or, don't sell a car to a drunkard. hah! bongggaaaaa!!!

lahi-lahi man ang pag-implementar sa balaod...di man tanan balaod ma-implementar diha diha dayon...but with regards to this law because this thread is about this certain law and not the other laws nga murag gilubong buhi sa uban...this is a very good law that teaches lesson to hot blooded individuals under the influence of something...
