NETWORK AT HOME CONFIGURATION (please help)

Mga Bro,

Im located sa minglanilla, cebu. I have 2 pc's at home 1 in my room and 1 in the living room. Im planning to have an internet connection via Globelines Broadband. Problem is this I want that my 2 computers will have internet connection using only 1 ISP provider. My plan is that to use wireless lan.. Pwede ba na? Unsaon mn pag configure and what are the things that I need to buy and set-up at home?

Murag naa mn nay antenna ita-od noh? Do i need to have a switch? modem? router? lan card? etc? please advice usa-on pagsetup.. If mahimo i-detailed lang, coz im not good at networking mn gud...

Globelines DSL?

- If you are going to apply for a data service, you can specify it in the application form that you may request a modem/router with WLAN capabilities (Prbably they will supply you Speedtouch 700 series or 580 series modems) or
- Globe DSL will give you a wired modem, and you have to buy a Wireless router or Access point anywhere to be added in your home network.

Spoiler Alert:
You better check out PLDT or Bayantel if it caters data connection in your area. You cant expect good service from Globelines DSL nowadays. Trust me. You may end up ranting here for the lousy service you may experience...
