that's a very good question. Here's what i can share based on experience.

1. You need the three kings.
Faith in god, confidence, and lastly smile (the most precious smile)

2. Know the company that you're applying. Know the job, and learn the possible question's that may be asked of you. Hey, just a tip-

*** you'll be asked the ff. --possible question lang to hupz-- :d ***

**tell me about yourself.
**why did you choose us over other offices.
**how long do you want to be us./ where do you think you'll be in the next 5 years time?
**how much is your expected salary?

Just be yourself and act normal. Anyway, basing on experience, kung ganahan jud ang company nimo, e hire jud ka. Pero if walay gusto nimo unya naa na sila nakit-an nga lain, tanan lungag ilang pangitaon para dili ka maka pasar, or lisod-lisoron ka.
