i'll be going in Hong Kong this august and naka book nako sa USA hostel thru internet lang.....our plan is to saty lang sa airport...not sure hinu-on ko if pwede ba....

SamuraiArcher: the Airport is huge it allow non passenger to enter. there will be other people lazing around ngadto kay mag paabot sa ilang sugaton. I think pwede ra ka makahuwat didto. kung naa kay laptop, dad-a lang arun malingaw ka kay wifi man tibuok airport, free access pa.

USA hostel in Tsim sha Tsui? along Nathan road? nindot didto kay mura makati sa kowloon, but mahal didto pamalitun, anyway duol raman ang mongkok area access by MRT or bus. tua tanang barato gyud!

tips nako sa muadto ug hongkong na di magpackage:

1. get a map sa airport study it.. know kung asa inyong hotel then pangitaa ang nearest train station.. naa ko'y map diri if naay ganahan..
2. map sa train is also useful.. i have a map pero sa jordan station area ni xa near nathan/austin road..
3. if u happen to stay near nathan/austin road dapit sa kowloon park naay chinese restaurant dha atbang sa bp intl. hotel na naay fried rice yeung chow lami au plus daghan pa ug ubang food.. ang fried rice was 35hkd so like 245 xa pero ok na good for two..
4. atbang pd sa bp intl house (austin road) kay naa'y forex na taas ug rate 7.5 ang dollars sa karon nuon na pag-adto namo
5. bossini sa nathan road/austin road corner kay 7.7 ang ilang USD exchange pero palit ka in dollars suklian ka ug hkd.. sa karon na pag-adto namo
4. pagdala mo water/food if muadto mo disney/ocean park kay mahal kaayo didto 20hkd or 140php ang isa lang ka gamay na tubig
5. dala ug payong karon kay ting-uwan na..

ocean park/disney sayon ra tultulon no need for package
how to go to disney:
1. go to a train station
2. buy a ticket that goes to sunnybay ug diritso na sa disney uhm kanang naa mi kid kuyug isa pero pagpalit namo tiket 3 ka kids amo gibuy.. haha.. violet ang color.. concessionary ticket na.. ge lang student man sad mi beh haha
3. take note asa ka mochange train.. basta maabot ka ug sunny bay dapat
4. kung naa ka mkit-an filipinos wa nagpackage good.. 10% off sa mopalit tiket group of 10 sa disney.. hehe.. limut ko sa rates.. nara na sa internet..

to ocean park
1. train station
2. find admiral ara ka manaog
3. sa admiralty naay palitan ticket sa ocean park sa kilid ana naay palitan tiket for bus 269..
4. maabot mo ana sa headland..
5. ang pauli adto sa lowland.. same bus sakyan dad-on ka sa admiral..

tips nako sa magshopping sa mongkok

1. hangyo to the highest level.. bsag 100 hanyua ug 50 until magmeet mo sa brato na price.. i bought a bag na tag130 nakuha nako for 50hkd.. haha
2. pagdala ug stroller ug dghan jud mo paliton! or pagdala ug kauban then if naa ka paliton ibilin sa iya ayaw pagpakita daghan ka gipalit kay di jud ka kahangyo
3. if d jud sa musugot sa hangyo aksyon ug lakaw kunuhay unya politely lang ha.. ihatag rana
4. mas better if inyo usa suroyon ang nightmarket and ask2 sa price before u buy anything kay usahay sa suot ayo ang barato..
5. another teknik is adto mo around 8 or kanang hapit2 na sila manira.. grabe jud makahangyo.. haha


it's easy to find mongkok nightmarket.. train ra then 2 blocks away ra..

basta lakas ng loob ra, dka mawala ngadto timan-i ra imo hotel or hostel.

Additional tip pud:
at 2pm dimsum resto nga perteng daghana mag hatag ug 30% discount and also after 9Pm mobarato mga hotpots.

i was in hongkong for three months.. actually di jud mo mawala didto basta take note of your hostel/hotel street address and the nearest train station... yeah mobarato btaw ang dimsum after 9.. that's the usual time we'll have dinner.. haha...

Maybe ka suggest ka asa maayo nga location sa mga hostel for our istoryans. ug which place must to see in HK aside sa Ocean park, disney ug peak. ug pla gastohun. thanks

Ilang rooms kay gagmay. not the standard hotel rooms but ok na limpyo man, hot and cold water, aircon with TV, naka wifi pa. naa cla room good for 4 paersons whether adults or children pwede ra, but I think barato naman ang rate so mura mao lang ghapon ang adult ug children. but u may want to check it out kay basin napud discount.
