    ako pod wala mn jd ku nagkaproblema sa akong 5 years nga adto mupalit sa nutech. natymingan lang jd siguro ka TS. nya mas maayo unta jd toh ug ikaw ang nagpa RMA sa imung item. kay kung company mn gd, busy. nya naa pa pod bya na sila'y inventory nga pangbuhaton, mao na mu take time jd na ang process kung sila mubuhat.

    Naa na puy di kibaw mubasa ay. Nasayop lagi sila. Wala lagi sa kabusy. Guba ang proseso. Dili na mada ug timing. Tinuyo na na. Kanang kibaw ka nga sayop dayon magpadayon lang gihapon ka kay tinuyo na na. Dili na na aksidente. Wa man gyud ni sorry bisan kausa. Angay aning mga butanga i-DTI para makat-on. Kay padayonon ning ingon ani kitang mga consumer ang alaot.

    basin wala ilang manager pag pa RMA nimo. kay kung naa pato dali ra gyud unta na na solve.

    So if nasayop og RMA imong item, ing-non nimo tanan tao na ayaw og palit didto? May pag ka bright boy sad ka sa?

    Sakto ka TS, para nako dugay kau nang 1 month kapin oi. para rma lang. Saputon jud ka.
    Di man gud na sila daun makapasend og rma ky cguro naa sila prorocol or ila na dunganun o send sa ila uban items para maka save sa freight.

    ALthought TS, Ang Nutech mismo is a good company, NADAOT SILA TUNGOD SA ILANG UBAN EMPLOYEES na LANGAYAN.

    ang pasabot sa TS kay gi padala sa layo ang iyang item, naa ra unta dri sa duol ang pa RMA ..nasayop ug padala mau-na naabot ug 1month hinulat.
    mahog ni ug ''honest mistake''..ni angkon man kaha sila na nasayop sila padala, pero a mistake is a mistake no excuse..naa ra pud na nmo TS kung dawaton nmo ang na buhat nilang sayop na dili tinuyo-an..

    mga fellow istoryans, di pud ta pwede maka-ingon na dapat siya ang mag pa RMA kay naa pud daghan na wala sad ''kahibao sa pag process'' ana..ug naa ta item na gi palit na sa isa ka tindahan, ug ma guba..natural ra sad gyud na didto gyud ta mu adto sa atong gi palitan..

    Finally got my hard drive after 44 days of waiting. Funny thing was, the claim receipt showed their motto "Redefining Efficiency." They sure did that. Hahahahaha.

    Shame that the upfront helpful people in the firm will have their hard work go to waste when the rest do not pull their weight.
