    Try lypo 6 black and diet and excercise routine. much better if crossfit emo excercise.

    Vague kaayo imo post bai. Mao na mga answers diri lain2x pud.

    Have you been working out for the past 3-6 months or so and still no physical transformation you desire? Kung mao na, you may have to take a look sa imo diet. Basin you eat too much white rice - i know 3 times a day jud kasagaran pinoy mo eat ug rice. Pero it's full of carbs then will turn into sugar as a result it causes obesity if eaten in large quantities.

    Again, vague kaayo imo post so we wouldn't be able to answer your question correctly.

    Try substituting carbo with fiber, it might help.

    disiplina raman jud na ts...maski kapila kapa mag exercise pero wla disiplina sa kaon, dugay ang makita ang imo gusto na result sa imo lawas
    try inom daghan tubig unya less ang foods ts especially mga carbo
