even maguindanao has its diversity/ethnicity/prefereces...that can not all be in favor for one side only.
command vote from a church can not do that...
command vote from an org can not do that...

not unless there's someone standing behind you with pistols,checking up on you if you did what they want you to do...or no need for you to vote, they will vote for you.

poor mindanao na destino pa naman ako dyan... pera pera rin kasi dyan kasi grabe hirap sa lugar na yan....pag bumoto ka dyan kahit matino ka maiiba laman nang nang boto mo dami magikero dyan... nasa comelec ang problema dyan at local liders, police at military wala sa tao... i know kasi si zuce is my friend kaya kwento nya lahat nang katiwalian dyan..

anyway, as what my colleagues told me...it's INDIAN COUNTRY.

i really have no idea about it, until i knew how their local politics....damn.

it's like their local leaders acts as if they were feudal lords(exagerated na ang warlord)...people do disapear in those areas...just a norm.

if you've seen the news lately, their leaders have their very own barracks for their bodygurad/goons/private army....guess whose side finance them...ate GLOW.

come to think of it, its like the Bratislavia from the movie "HOSTEL". jok

it's no exageration that the ampatuans are the lord of all warlords in the area, ask your colleagues again. It's not just simple armed goons or the occassional pvt army you see in politicos,they just lack combat planes and tanks though they have armored apc hammers,
they have good hardware and stuff from mortar to heavy machine guns how else did they have lord all over it among the local datus warlod in magundanao just imagine it even without the help of the military's 6ID they are capable enough on taking down the MILF in combat, the last encounter is that the poor MILFs members lost all their houses after the so called cagfu and cvos under the amaptuans burned all their houses in the aftermath of series of skirmishes . They were use as proxy allies by the governement for decades now they have grown into a massive force which the government will have difficulty in disarming them once their services are no longer needed but i doubt it their services will always be needed.

its even rumored that datu Anda ampatuan l use to have chainsawed allege suspects in full public among locals when his favorite son Mayor saudi (though he had so many sons becuse he had so many many wives)was killed years before. Thats how ferocious this clan is perceive to be . BUt look at the bright side if there is no lording among them local chiefs warlords then there will be chaos each one of among them and will surely cut each other's throat , Look at lanao when ali dimaporo died it's total chaos.

well your discription of indian country is not inaccurate though ur wrong if you just say its ate glow funding them they have been there before ramos during erap they were pampered of course during gloria too, they are good politicians too they will support anybody who is in power or president they dont care if it's legarda or chiz or noli or maybe even president chavit or president triilianes hahaaha thats their aces of spade that why they have grown and left untouch but these 12-0 thing will put that into test before admintration bets always win in majority but they are very carefull they dont want to antagonize to much the other party 8-4 ,9-3 but 12-0 nah its first time great amount of political pressures might have been applied this time.
