Position Level: Staff Level
Department : Information Technology
Location: Cebu
Reports to Michael Lopez

Role Objectives
- Technically specializing desktop applications

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Desktop troubleshooting and deployment, managing Active directory list including distribution list and other memberships applied through group policy, coordinate and provide assistance to corporate IT when needed for remote troubleshooting. Proactively update IT documentation for reporting purposes, work with corporate IT and be able to provide full status report on top priority issues. Educational Attainment
Essential
- Diploma/ Degree in any computer related course
Preferred

Work Experience

- Fresh graduates or Entry level
Preferred
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in Information Technology/Development

Knowledge
Essential
- Basic knowledge in TCP/IP, Windows, Hardware troubleshooting and development
Preferred
- Must be knowledgeable in Basic TCP/IP, Windows Operating System 9x,2k,XP,7 and 8, Basic Hardware Troubleshooting and other MS applications

Other Attributes
Essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
Preferred
- Must be a team player and be able to work in a team of different technical discipline.
- Willing to be trained and calibrated in Results IT technical procedures and can also conduct training.

How many slot pa sa IT admin position?

They called me for an interview but I think mga 2nd week of june pa ako makaka punta.

because I'm residing at bacolod city.
Do you still have some IT position for fresh graduates if ever ma full na ang IT admin?

Hi, tetran. Again Id like to thank you for your interest in applying. We have atleast 5 slots vacant for IT administrator post.
As of now we do not have any other position available for IT grads if ever we have filled all slots for IT Admin.
