naa nay bayad if mo file ka kaso...ambot lang if unsay pamaagi ron...

definitely naay byad TS ang CIVIL case, depende on the amount that you want to get for the damages, or the cost of the properties, etc. and CRIMINAL cases naa kay bayran pero gamay ra, naay standard fee foe ex. ang estafa i think 500 or less. kani tawag og docket fees, ma dismiss imong kaso by mere failure to pay the docket fees.
